1. Order and Packaging:

Despite the current shipping and supply chain challenges, my Pillow Slides order arrived quite quickly. The slides came inside a plastic slider bag with the company’s Instagram handle, tagline, and logo printed on it.

The bag was slightly opaque, which allowed me to take a sneak peek at the shoes without fully unpacking them. I appreciated that there were no additional packing or promotional materials included, as this meant less waste.
